Candidate Requirements For IAUE Post UTME 2022/2023 Registration

Every candidate applying for Admission into the IAUE must merits the following requirement.

1. All UME candidates who scored 140 and above in the just concluded 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (JAMB-UTME).
2. All Direct Entry Candidates who made IAUE their first choice
3. You Must be 16 years old
4. You must have at least an O’level Credit pass in 5 different subjects (Including English language and mathematics). In this case, the O’level result could be WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB or any equivalent.
5. Your O’level result must not be more than two sittings

1. Go to IAUE Screening Portal via  https://www.iaueesp.com/putmecheckname.
2. Obtain the IAUE Post UTME Form Via IAUE Undergraduate Portal.
3. Click on the Post UTME form publication therein.
4. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to successfully buy and register for the IAUE Post UTME screening exercise.
5. Print out your POST UTME Registration slip afterwards.
6. Finally, Wait for the IAUE Screening result and the admission list.

Closing Date for IAUE Post UTME 2022/2023

The management of the Ignatius Ajuru University Of Education (IAUE) has announced 21st August 2022 as the latest closing date for the 2022/2023 IAUE Post UTME online registration/screening. This means IAUE Screening Application Portal will be shut down on the 21st August 2022.

Please Note Following Information

1. Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught will be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agents and may be liable to up to 5 years imprisonment
2. Any candidate who fails to take part in the screening exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
3. Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid congestion in the dying hours.

How To Avoid Errors During IAUE Post UTME 2022/2023 Online Registration

1. Visit a nice and reliable cyber cafe near you
2. Make sure there is good and strong network connectivity before starting your registration
3. Ensure you confirm and Provide your correct JAMB Registration Number
4. Ensure that the photo you wish to use on IAUE Portal as PASSPORT is clear that’s if required. Avoid photos with dark backgrounds
5. Ensure to use a functional mobile number. you can use any number, it must not necessarily be the number you used during JAMB registration
6. Choose your desired course of study as filled in your JAMB UTME/Change of course form if specified
7. Review your form and ensure that there are no errors before and after you submit it.

Procedure for Online Registration

1. Visit the University Website www.iauoe.edu.ng.
2. On ADMISSION Menu, click on “2022/2023 UTME/DE Screening.
3. On the page that appears, click on “Register for 2022/2023 Session UTME/DE Screening”.
4. A page appears; enter your JAMB Reg. No. and Click Register.
5. If you are a FIRST CHOICE candidate:
   • Your details will appear.
   • Click on Confirm to confirm your details.
   • Enter your Phone No and E-mail & click on submit.
   • An SMS and E-mail containing your logon details will be sent to you. Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
6. If you are NOT a FIRST CHOICE candidate:
   • Click on UTME Registration button, a form will appear.
   • Fill the form completely and click on submit.
   • An SMS and E-mail containing your logon details will be sent to you. Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
     NB: Following instruction 6 above, remember to effect change of institution to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education from JAMB Portal. Candidates who used awaiting result during JAMB registration should remember to upload their O’level in JAMB portal and do same in university portal.
7. Click on Login and enter your username and password sent to your email/phone.
8. You will be prompted to change your password. Save your new password.
9. From the menu on the left, click on Pay Screening Fees.
10. Click on Pay for UTME Registration button and then click on Generate Invoice below.
11. Confirm your Invoice and click on Proceed to Pay
12. You will be redirected to Interswitch payment platform, enter your card details and make your payment conveniently. For security purposes, your card details are NOT stored in our secured portal.
13. After successful payment, click on ‘Update Personal Data’ menu on the left, UPDATE ALL FIELDS on your registration form and submit.
14. Print your Registration Slip and log out.
15. Save your login details. Your username and your password are your personal credentials to access your profile in the university portal.

NB: Please, ensure error-free and seamless registration. The University is engaging in data verification of it’s candidates. The data provided by the candidates during registration will be electronically matched with the data provided by JAMB against every candidate. This is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

Use your personal phone number for registration. Information will be available on a regular basis. No duplicate phone number is allowed.

Candidates who registered for JAMB using awaiting results should remember to upload their O’level to JAMB Portal and do the same in the University Portal.
